The Arquimedes system comes in 2 parts:

1.- The hardware that is installed in the vehicle and the software that will program it.

1.1- Hardware
- System control box (1 per vehicle)
It is the brain of the system installed in the vehicle.
Size:  4.0 x 10.0 x 15.5 centimeters or 1.575 x 3.937 x 6.102 inches
Weight: 720 grams or 1.587 pounds.

- The fuel sender and its harness (one set per tank)
The fuel sender will measure the remaining fuel level in tank and is connected to the system control box by its harness.
The fuel sender is installed inside the fuel tank only its head with its connecting terminal is visible.
Weight: 325 grams or 0.716 pounds.
The arnes connects to the 2 senders electrical terminals to the system control box.

- The GPS receptor antena with its connecting cable ( 1 per vehicle)
This GPS receptor is connected to the RS 485 port of the system controlo box
The antena is placed near the windsheild so that it can receive the signals for the GPS network of satelites.

1.2.- Software
- Route Collect
The Route Collect software is used to upload informations to the system control box.
The information about the vehicle and its owner is captured and upoloaded.
The connected tanks information and calibration are configured and uploaded.
The signals from the ignition switch (ignition off or on), the alternator (motor off or on) and GPS (latitud and longitud) are tested.
The downloading of a data file is tested.


2.- The softwares that will download the trip datafile (Route Collect / Download manager) and those that will analyze the trip data file (anadatos.xls / Route Analyzer / Anaweb / Fleet Analyzer).
